Framed as an induction video for new employees of the mysterious Ringo Corporation, the film introduces viewers to a company where productivity is everything.

We cast an actor to embody the game’s enigmatic boss and built a retro-futuristic office set to match, layering in VHS-era corporate video tropes, Betamax-style glitches and plenty of unsettling cheerfulness.

The result? A recruitment video that’s equal parts welcoming… and deeply suspicious.
