A PvP trailer that breaks the fourth wall (and the rules)
Soul Assembly asked us to create a live-action trailer for The Last Stand, a VR PvP experience where players battle zombies, and each other, across a shared space.

We brought that idea to life with a split-screen concept, following two players in completely different real-world environments, seamlessly connected through the game.
The action plays out across both worlds as weapons cross the divide and the tension builds.
The result is a playful, high-energy trailer that shows off the game’s unique mechanics while keeping the focus on the players, their space, and the competition between them.

We made the most of our shoot by capturing a full set of photography alongside the film, giving us everything we needed to create the striking split-screen key art from the same setup.
